Sweet Trap

Too much Ragnarok Online deprives me of blogging, Human-Age(a human simulation game) and Gunbound... .___.

I've got soooo much pictures but no time to post them up! Sooooo much things done in school! And people say school is boring. .___.

Meanwhile, NaNoWriMo is coming!!! TOMORROW!!! IT'S NOVEMBER!!! AAAAAHHHH!!! For that occasion, I have opened a new blog to record my progress!

Pen, Paper & Sugar

I'll be writing a 50,000 word fan fiction novel on Kingdom Hearts. So please head over there and give me comments and encouragement!

Will update next time. :D

For a Good Cause

The past few days have been awesome. =)

The SJBA Charity Food and Fun Fair!

And the main attraction that day was the fun house the Youth Section people whipped up!

Say hi to the brother!

We built and awesome fun/haunted house out of cloth, rubbish bag and other stuff under 3 tent. We went to the temple on Saturday to make preparations for the house.

"Kerja Amal" qualified!

Our best friends that day

Seriously. For those who have been to SJBA's field, you know what I'm talking about. It's a mosquito haven. So Ashley, Jocelyn, Debbie and I ran into the building with air-condition, away from the pests. Hey, we still did our work!

Masterpiece of DOOOOM!!!

It takes lots of dedication, ya know

More "Kerja Amal" pictures :3

Inside the Mystery Mansion (now say hi to Pei Hao!)

The next day, I got there close to 11am. It was full of people and food! I went straight to the haunted house, and could already hear screams from inside. Debbie, Ling Hui, Biiancaa and I went into the house together. I wrapped my camera in plastic bag so that I could take it in to record the journey. I knew there was going to be dirt and water involved. But they didn't allow me to take my camera in! Wuuu... .___. It wasn't too freaky, but I was grabbing onto Debbie and Ling Hui the whole time. It was quite funny because we were busy identifying who is who. We reached a part where this Grim Reaper asked for a spoon before allowing us access. Debbie was like, "Ah, that's Daniel." It's like "Guess the YS Member". XD

Victims of the Mystery Mansion

Yup, we got sprayed and water baloon-ed.

Swea Ching the Ghost urges you to do charity

Joker Guany! (He was super frekeh)

That wasn't the only attraction, there was the dunking machine too! Where you throw a rock and the target and the guy goes falling into the water.

Now you see em' ("Can't you do a decent shot, you fo'?")

Now you DON'T! (if I took this picture seconds earlier, you'd see Pei Song)

There's professional hairdressers too. And face paint, which seemed quite nice. I didn't get one though.

But Ling Hui did!

After the event, we were fed ice-cream. Countless of times.

And it was 26 October. And do you know what day it is? It's CARMEN, WEISYA and TZE HAN's birthday!!!

Here's to another 18 years to come!

Tze Han wasn't there though. But happy birthday again you guys! =D

And later, I had Gavel meeting. There was very few people, so the formal part of the meeting was over really quickly. We then played games instead. And it's a game I play so often in school...

MAFIA!!!

First we started with the winking version. Then we went on with the real Mafia game with the mastermind and the part where the townspeople have to vote who they suspect to be the murderer. And I was murderer twice! Owh how evil I was... I convinced everyone to kill off innocent people. I even killed off the doctor, wahahahaha! I almost won, though...

Me in action, killing off poor Alezandar. XD

Then we had more cake, and ice-cream, again, to celebrate Swea Ching's belated birthday. Happy belated!

Owh so fun!

That was my weekend. Now for the advertisement I promised my brother... Becaue I'm feeling lazy, I shall just quote him and the official advertisement...

The YKLS have been doing lots of preparation and practice just for this show. You won't regret it. It'll be an eye opener if you think that choirs show a one kind face and don't move at all. The show will be full of energy, with lots of movements. All of their pieces are choreographed by Michael Voon, the same guy who choreographed for So You Think You Can Dance (Malaysia), Malaysian Idol, and One In A Million.

Here's a list of some of the songs they will be singing:
In the Mood (Glenn Miller)

Warna (Sheila Majid)

It's About Time

For a blogpost!

I'm not gonna elaborate on how post-PMR feels. It'll take 1024884579230 different adjectives to explain it to you. It's just relieving. =D And now I can laugh at the faces of the form 5's. BUAHAHAHAH!!! (you know I don't mean that)

To answer a few of the comments on my tagboard:
Yes, I know what I'm getting into. I'm doing the 50,000 words novel, so TAKE THAT!!!
Gunbound is currently making me sleep deprived. I've yet to find a good Ragnarok Online server, but will do so soon.
No, I shalt not answer thy 8 things tag! I hath done that countless of times! *whacks reina*
I'd love to steal Debbie's DS, if it just had Phoenix Wright. ;___;
Too bad Pre-U programs don't have enough time to read 50,000 words.
Thanks for passing by!
It's figurative writing, if you have a problem with it.
I have my choice of words.
I bet you didn't say PMR was easy during your time.
"Leaving On A Jet Plane" rocks.
Advertise somewhere else. o___O

/rant/
I've been spending DAYS screening through HOURS of Kingdom Hearts videos as fiddled with Windows Movie Maker once again. WMM just had to be evil and hang all the time, resulting in alt+ctrl+delete. A 2 minute AMV(Anime Music Video) took me 3 days compared to my 10 hour, 4 minute AMV. I got all excited with the end results, all that sleep deprivation paid off. I converted the project three times, after having to edit it due to certain screw ups. So I clicked YouTube and upload the video. That itself took 3 separate tries because the new uploader sucks. And what happened?

A copyright owner has claimed it owns some or all of the audio content in your video You've Got A Friend In Me - Kingdom Hearts. The audio content identified in your video is You've Got A Friend In Me by Randy Newman & Lyle Lovett. We regret to inform you that your video has been blocked from playback due to a music rights issue.

ZOMGWTFBBQSTFU!!!! (if you can see the video, yay! I ripped the html. But if not. .___.)

I swear I could cry. D8 All my hard work, and no one to watch it. FOOTEHHHH!!!
/endrant/

Owh. And Happy Birthday Daniel Teoh and Jocelyn Teoh! =D (both related, but not so related, kapish?)

Woiks. I don't really know what to write. So I shall steal teh almighty Weishya Meme!!! (although it has been so old)

I saw Weishya.
Weishya is thin. ;__;
If I were alone in a room with Weishya, I would bug her with endless random facts.
I think Weishya should appear at the temple more often.
Weishya needs a cookie. :3
I want to get thin like Weishya.

Since I'm terribly nice(and bored), I'll go down the list of the people on my links.

I like Aivee.
Aivee is supposed to be Ai Vee, but likes her name spelt Aivee.
If I were alone in a room with Aivee, I would reminiscence about primary school life, and get bored very soon due to my anime-ful self.
I think Aivee should stay away from eggs.
Aivee needs more time to plan all her events.
I want to plan a camp again with Aivee.

I laugh at the face of Amelia.
Amelia is the reason I cosplay. (not in that sense)
If I were alone in a room with Amelia, I would spaz all day about the hawtness of Godot even if she doesn't know him.
I think Amelia should kick her ex's butt if she hasn't.
Amelia needs to forget that she tagged me. =D
I want to wave a wand and say "Lumos!" with Amelia.

I like Anjie.
Anjie is a lvl50 camwhorer. (because Debbie's lvl100)
If I were alone in a room with Anjie, I would sing "The Lion Sleeps Tonight" with her.
I think Anjie should speak louder.
Anjie needs to know that normal people don't wear their sunglasses in the bus.
I want to camwhore with Anjie.

I love to bug Anthea.
Anthea is a super talented whiz kid.
If I were alone in a room with Anthea, I would get killed by her because I talk too much.
I think Anthea should listen to me more often. =P
Anthea needs to understand that her hawt brother Arsen doesn't exist.
I want to have brains like Anthea.

I need Carmen.
Carmen is a super anti-plastic/polystyrene person. (go you!)
If I were alone in a room with Carmen, I would smile all the time, because that's what we do.
I think Carmen should leave Jason Kuan alone. D8
Carmen needs to understand October isn't the best month.(April is XD)
I want to learn ballet from Carmen.

Hmm... It's taking longer than I expect. o___O *abandons the meme*

Liberty

1 the state of being free from oppression or imprisonment. 2 a right or privilege, especially a statutory one. 3 the power or scope to act as one pleases. 4 informal a presumptuous remark or action."

This is a syllable of unrecorded history. After having to retell the tale of Nazar and his ill mother, and explain how Dr. Jekyll managed to split the good and evil of man, and listing the good deeds of Dato Onn Ja'afar, students lay down their trusty pencils, patting themselves on their backs for surviving yet another day of writing frenzy and darkening circles. All algebra knowledge and Ohm's Law what-not's are regurgitated, along with Confucius' wise words. These thousands of form 3 students await that moment where they will be liberated from the dreaded war against the Lembaga Peperiksaan Malaysia who would not cease fire. Finally, after having to determine the location of Switzerland on a map, the lips of that cold facilitator parted as a chain of strangely warm words were released.

"Masa sudah tamat. Sila berhenti menulis dan letakkan pensel anda. Anda tidak dibenarkan bergerak daripada tempat anda sehingga semua kertas jawapan dipungut."

And so the students obey as they restrain their laughters of joy while the facilitator collects the papers. The teachers of the school stand guard along the hallways, ensuring that their students do not exhibit monkey-like behavior. But how can the form 3 students hold those words in? As we yell...

MERDEKA!!!

Tanggal Tujuh Belas Ogos
Tahun Dua
Kosong Kosong Lapan
Merdeka, Merdeka
Tetaplah Merdeka
Ia pasti menjadi sejarah

Tanggal Tujuh Belas Ogos
Tahun Dua
Kosong Kosong Lapan
Hari yang mulia
Hari bahagia
Sambut dengan jiwa yang merdeka

Mari kita murid tingkatan tiga
Ramai-ramai menyambut hari merdeka
MERDEKA!

Satu tujuh bulan Ogos tahun kosong lapan
Hari mulia muridku merdeka

PMR Woes

It's odd how my last post got so much comments in the tagboard although it was just a simple tag. I am confuzzled. =| I should do more tags if that's the case. X3

I mentioned about PMR pressure in my last post. I'm still not quite terrified, but I'm definitely doing my preparations. Never had I done so many exercises in my life in a short period of time. @__@ And exam stress struck at the wrong time - I have fallen victim to a certain illness! :O Was it caused by exam stress or not, I'm not sure.(I suspect yesterday's rain being the culprit too =X) But I'm definitely not in my top condition... Headache, fever, cold palms and feet, and then the evil taste receptors that makes my saliva taste horrible... .___. Of all the times to fall ill, 5 days before PMR???

*sigh*

And then the mother and brother keeps pressuring me that I have to get at least 7As(I don't expect one from Chinese =/). I haven't really achieved it during my past exams(except for that one time in Form1), so I can't say I'm confident that I can. But gawsh, imagine all the prize money I'll be missing if I don't get 7As! $w$

/changetopic
Since I'm a hardworking bum, I've come up with a post-PMR plan. 8D *is shot*
  1. Clean Room
All those text books and exam papers flooding my table need to go! It's due time to reduce them to ashes! *cackle*
  2. Cross Stitch
I need to go on a cross stitching frenzy again if I were to sell my work at Comic Fiesta 2008.
  3. Gaming
BUAHAHAHAHA!!! I'm gonna take out of PlayStation and replay Chrono Cross, Final Fantasy... And then steal Debbie's Nintendo DS and play Phoenix Wright. And download Ragnarok Online and Gunbound and be a bum. :3
  4. Cosplay
Need to work on my cosplay outfit. Still got lots of touch up to do! That includes losing some weight. =X
  5. NaNoWriMo
For the uninformed, NaNoWriMo is the National Novel Writing Month, held in November. Basically, all participants have to write a 50,000 word novel in 30 days. It is to promote writing, and pushing you to the limits. I only managed 9,000 words last year, so I'm definitely gonna try it again this year, hopefully with more success. =)
Aaah... I can't wait till PMR is over. I doubt I'll be able to come online till after PMR. So I definitely need all the luck I can keep. Till then!
